Delivery Times

All deliveries are made with Pony Express and CSE. The orders are shipped from different warehouses to your delivery address.

Please note that shipments to post office boxes will generally not be delivered. The additional terms and conditions of the delivery companies can be read on:

Moscow and Moscow region: from 1 to 3 working days.

Other cities of Russia: from 2 to 10 working days.


Please note:

The above delivery times are valid if the goods are located in the warehouse in Moscow. In case the ordered item is located in a European warehouse, the delivery time will take from 7 to 14 working days.

More exact delivery time and location of the goods can be checked with our customer service. Deliveries within Russia are carried out by Pony Express and CSE services (in rare cases DPD). In case the ordered item is located in a European warehouse, it is sent first to the warehouse in Moscow, and then to the your delivery address. Please note that as a rule, goods are not delivered to the address of mailboxes.

Orders are processed daily from 10 am to 10 pm Moscow time.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse in Moscow, you will receive a tracking number via email.


LLC « ФП РУС» shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of the company..

Please note that orders with more than one item might be delivered from different warehouses. As a result you could receive more than one parcel. Orders that come from different warehouses will be processed as fast as possible, but there might be short delays.

Delivery Costs

Delivery cost - 1400 rubles*.

*For Home Collection products (except for textiles and candles) the delivery cost is displayed at the checkout stage.

Duties and Taxes

All shipments outside European Union may be subject to import charges, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. We cannot predict what your particular charges may be.
